Your account manager will work with all flooring manufacturers to specify the correct products for your design, budget and maintenance needs. As a company, we have more than 50 years of first-hand experience selling, installing and maintaining commercial floor coverings. Your account manager knows what works and what does not. Call us early in your decision-making process so we can help you choose the right flooring products for your specific flooring application.

Estimating

Your project manager is very skilled and highly trained. He will use the latest drafting technologies and software to provide precise calculations of material quantities and labor estimates. He will develop detailed cost and time budgets. He will help you define the scope of your project.

Purchasing / Warehousing

We buy more commercial floor covering materials than anyone in Indiana. Your installation service manager will have the best warehousing and material handling people, equipment and facilities. He is equipped to purchase, store, insure, pre-process and deliver floor covering products to your site with maximum efficiency.

Scheduling

Your project is in good hands with our project managers (PMs) and installation service managers (ISMs). We will schedule and coordinate all aspects of your installation. Our PMs and ISMs are highly skilled and experienced at mobilizing material, equipment and manpower to meet your deadline while minimizing disruption to your business. Successfully matching all of our internal resources (material, equipment, manpower, etc.) with external requirements (customer’s budget, deadlines, hours of operation, other trades, etc.) calls for an expert project management professional.
